In his Rrazz Room debut, Bay Area musical theatre star and cabaret performer, Tom Reardon follows up his sold-out show, “Who I’d Be,” with a Valentine’s message from the philosophers of love, including Irving Berlin, Lorenz Hart, Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan and more.

Modern romance: what does love have to do with it? Come enjoy Tom’s unique blend of storytelling and song. You won’t necessarily find any answers by evening’s end, but won’t it be nice to know you’re not alone?

Joining Tom is his incomparable musical director and stage star in her own right, Kate Ryan, on piano and vocals; Roberta Drake, percussion; John Greitzer, bass and guitar; Morty Okin, trumpet; Cory Wright, sax; and Adam Theodore Barry on vocals.

Tom Reardon is a Bay Area musical theatre star, having performed leading roles for The Lamplighters (My Fair Lady); Broadway by the Bay (The Music Man; Dirty Rotten Scoundrels); Center Repertory (Xanadu); Diablo Theatre Company (Peter Pan; Curtains; White Christmas; Legally Blonde); Contra Costa Musical Theatre (42nd Street); TriValley Repertory (The Music Man; Bye Bye Birdie; Our Town, My Way); and Contra Costa Civic Theatre (Thoroughly Modern Millie; Anything Goes; The Cocoanuts; Animal Crackers; Harvey; Noises Off).

His cabaret work has included several shows with longtime collaborator, Amy Nielson, at Martuni’s in San Francisco, the Lesher Center in Walnut Creek, and Pleasant Hill’s Firehouse. In August 2012, his first one-man show, “Who I’d Be,” was a sold-out smash at the 410 Club in Oakland. Oh, and by day, he’s a superior court judge in Alameda County.
